How do I return?

Returning items is a breeze with our simple and hassle-free process. Just follow these easy steps to begin.

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

  • Items purchased on sale do not affect your statutory rights

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

Are there any charges for return?

    Returns Due to Store Error or Quality Issues:
    • We cover return shipping costs if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if there's a quality issue. Our aim is to make it hassle-free for you.
    Returns for Other Reasons:
    • For returns unrelated to store errors or quality issues, like changes of mind or personal preferences, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. Alternatively, you are welcome to use our returns app for a safe and tracked delivery at a cost of £5.
    • Please note that a £2 restocking fee will apply to returns initiated due to returns for other reasons.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
